Carpet Cleaning

This is a picture of a heavily traffic hallway in a commercial setting.  With our state of the art truck mounted systems, and the utilization of our alkaline cleaners we were able to precondition this hallway and use a clean hot water extraction.  Before any carpet cleaning is ever preformed SERVPRO of Albany and Americus always does a pre-vacuum.  This is preformed because it is easier to remove dry particles of soiling than wet.  Dwell time is always given to pre conditioners so that it can help with the removal of any soiling.  As you can see in the above picture when these steps are taken, it can be "Like it never even happened."
