Water Damage

This is a town home that had a supply line that ran over head.  The supply line had a slow leak and over time caused the ceiling to cave in which resulted in wet blown in insulation to engulf the bathroom, bedroom and living rooms.  These rooms required a muck out before any kind of water mitigation could take place.  Muck out is an industry term used which basically means to clean out contaminated area.  After muck out was complete, the water mitigation division was able to utilize moisture meters to determine the scope of work that needed to be completed.
