Unless you have experienced a serious water damage event at your office or home, you may not be aware that sometimes contents and furniture must be removed from a water damaged location.

Outstanding technicians work hard to remove furniture so it won't become ruined by the wet (humid) interior environment. Or, they may have to remove contents so they're not "in the way." It's a no-brainer to understand that drying or repairing an empty room is far easier and faster than working around a furnished space.
