This company is amazing to work with, stress free, once Lawson got a hold of it. We did not have to worry about a thing, they even handled the communication with the insurance adjuster. Whenever I went into the office the staff was so down to earth yet still remained professional (Scott, Paula, Whitney, everybody). My bathroom and the adjacent room were flooded from a rat chewing through a water line in the attic (complete mess), it was like flood waters coming in. From the time Lawson saw the area he got everybody together that needed to work on the project and we did not have to do anything else, we did not even have to call them, they called us and worked on it until it was complete. The bathroom and adjacent room now look better than before the damage. Andy and his crew showed up and went right to work.  Andy's explanations were on point (great guy).  Thank you for being such and amazing crew!

Paula and the staff are amazing! We had water issues (flooding) from busted pipes. One call was made and in no time they were on it. Paula called on a daily basis checking on us! When its time for cleaning our rugs from the main house I make 1 phone call and immediately they respond and keep me in the loop with the drying process. I also know exactly when our rugs will be back! Nothing like being treated like family with everyone up there! We will continue to use SERVPRO!

We are so thankful that we called SERVPRO when our house flooded with our washing machine.  SERVPRO was there within the hour and had everything dry so quickly.  They were able to save our floors.  Thank you SERVPRO.

Brandon was professional and explained everything. I have nothing but praises for SERVPRO of Albany and Americus's crew. It is obvious that the management expects a lot of customer service from their workers. They were very genuine, and I can tell that customer service was not an act. They are awesome!

I left them a key to the house and trusted them while I was out of town.

Derek did a nice job and was prompt. He was friendly and professional.
